The Journey

Friday, May 12: London (Southampton), England Board Seven Seas Prestige at Southampton and settle into your suite as England slips behind you. Tonight is for unpacking, exploring the ship, and toasting the two weeks ahead.

Saturday, May 13: Fowey, England A working harbor village on Cornwall's south coast, all narrow lanes, colorful cottages, and sailboats stacked along the water. This is the Cornwall that inspired Daphne du Maurier, and a walk along the coastal path here still feels like stepping into one of her novels.

Sunday, May 14: Cruising the North Sea A full day at sea to find your rhythm. Take a spa treatment, sit in on an enrichment lecture, or simply watch the water from your veranda.

Monday, May 15: Tyne (Newcastle), England Newcastle's quaysides have been reborn as a mix of Victorian bridges and modern culture, and the city makes an easy base for a day trip to Hadrian's Wall, the Roman frontier that once marked the edge of an empire.

Tuesday, May 16: Aberdeen, Scotland Known as the Granite City for the silvery stone that lines its streets, Aberdeen is also the gateway to Royal Deeside, home to Balmoral and a string of storybook Scottish castles.

Wednesday, May 17: Invergordon, Scotland Your access point for the Scottish Highlands. From here, excursions reach into whisky country, past working distilleries and glens, with Loch Ness and Cawdor Castle both within easy striking distance.

Thursday, May 18: Ullapool, Scotland A remote, rugged fishing town on Loch Broom, tucked into the wild northwest Highlands. Few ships call here, which is exactly what makes it worth the visit, along with the nearby gardens at Inverewe.

Friday, May 19: Cruising the Atlantic Ocean Open water between the Highlands and the isles ahead. A good day for a long lunch and an even longer conversation on deck.

Saturday, May 20: Glasgow (Greenock), Scotland Scotland's largest city pairs Victorian architecture with a genuinely modern arts and music scene, and Loch Lomond and the Trossachs are close enough for an afternoon escape into the countryside.

Sunday, May 21: Belfast, Northern Ireland Home to the Titanic Quarter and a living history written across its murals and shipyards, Belfast also serves as the launch point for excursions up the Antrim coast to the Giant's Causeway.

Monday, May 22: Douglas, Isle of Man A small island with an outsized, independent character. Douglas's Victorian seafront and the island's famously rugged coastline make for a quieter, less expected stop among the bigger names on this itinerary.

Tuesday, May 23: Liverpool, England The birthplace of the Beatles and a UNESCO-listed waterfront along the Royal Albert Dock, Liverpool wears its maritime and musical heritage with equal pride.

Wednesday, May 24: Dublin (Dún Laoghaire), Ireland Georgian squares, literary pubs once frequented by Joyce and Wilde, and a coastline made for a slow afternoon walk. Dublin closes out the Irish leg of the voyage in style.

Thursday, May 25: Cruising the Celtic Sea A final day at sea to unwind and reflect on the two weeks behind you before England comes back into view.

Friday, May 26: London (Southampton), England Disembark in Southampton having circled the British Isles entirely by water.
